Above all, caring for the well-being and general balance of human beings, Yoga refines its therapeutic nature by deepening its study with science and modern anatomy.

We know that its practice, par excellence, must respect the body and meet each person’s needs. This is undoubtedly an ideal tool for staying physically, mentally and emotionally healthy and a great health care complement to any alternative or conventional therapy/regime.

 

For greater personal benefit, it is essential to know how to adapt and follow a regular plan focused on your individual and specific characteristics.

Therapeutic Yoga classes are relaxing sessions that are accessible to all practitioners. In these sessions, we mainly highlight the practice of gentle physical exercise (ásana), breathing (pranayama) , relaxation (yoganidrá) and meditation (dharana and dhyana).

In these individual classes, the teacher has the possibility of working directly with the student to adapt and adjust the practice according to their personal and physical needs. Through a postural assessment and meeting the needs of the practitioner, we propose to design a specific set of exercises and an individual evolutionary practice plan. These classes are dedicated to and open to anyone who: want to deepen and improve their personal practice,   find it difficult to integrate into group classes intend to initiate a complementary regimen to another conventional or alternative therapy Personalized classes are available by appointment.​
